“My Nomination Charm arrived very quickly but was damaged. Contact could only be made via email which was slow and took just over 3 weeks after which I received a replacement charm. It was very disappointing to receive the damaged charm in the first place because it was a Birthday present sent direct to the Birthday girl. I would also have preferred to speak to someone on the telephone rather than very slow emails. I also thought 3 weeks was an excessive amount of time for resolution. I had to pay return postage myself too. However I am pleased to have a resolution and a perfect charm now.”
