“The customer service was excellent. I was concerned I would receive my order late, which was a gift for my sister's birthday. (I hadn't checked the updated delivery times prior to ordering.) However after e-mailing the store, it was suggested that if I wanted to collect my order they would put it aside for me, and they said I could collect at any opening time during the week. I collected my nomination charm with no issues at all and my sister loved her gift, so overall I'm pleased with the product and the service I received, thank you.”

“It was not the correct product delivered, it was false advertising as the men's nomination bracelet should have been on leather not nylon as you advertised. The fact that you said that I could return it was completely besides the point!”
