“Hi ordered an nomination charm for a mothers day present let me order it had an email to say it was ordered also paid £1.99 for a quick delivery then a couple of days later received an email saying waiting on stock .not to happy the fact it never said out of stock I would of orders something else tried email no response tried ringing no response feel very let down”

“The buying process was really simple, however my package has yet to arrive - it's been 8days so far - I've sent 3 or 4 messages and had 1 reply. Since the jewellery was for Mother's day and I subsequently had to buy a replacement I would like a refund but noone seems to be getting back to me.”
