“I've always been happy with them as a jewlers but was disappointed in this nomination charm, it lacked any colour that was shown in the image of the item, so I had to explain the reason as to why I had bought this particular charm to the recipient. Had it come as it looked when ordered online I wouldn't have had to explain anything as my mum would have automatically known the reason.”
