“Service was good, quick! The only thing I would say is that the charms were just put through door in a Jiffy bag with no signature required so could of been quite dangerous if went through wrong door etc.”

“Delivery was quick, the only problem was I was able to order an item that was out of stock. Therefore my wife is still waiting for part of her Christmas present. You shouldn't be able to order items that aren't in stock. Also my order said I would also receive a jewellery box, still waiting for it.”

“Fantastic items but seems as it is Christmas it would of been nice if the nomination bracelet came with a nice box not just the simple plain boxes it normally comes with, just lucky I had a box here from last year of which I bought else where.”

“Ordering was easy however the item which was ‘in stock’ when I placed the order was then ‘awaiting stock’ with no obvious communication or date for stock arrival. With a deadline of Christmas this was a worry but when enquired JJ were a little vague but did say it would be with me before Christmas. True to their word it was, but their communication needs to be much clearer. The product is excellent and well packaged including a festive gift envelope. I bought another which didn’t have the in/out stock issue and that transaction was excellent.”

“Delivery was very quick, however, I was sent an incorrect item to what was stated on my order so am currently waiting for a refund of this as it was a Christmas present. The other charms which were correct were very good though”

“Great gift very quickly delivered and fantastic quality. The only down side is the packaging for the items could be better. I wasn’t sure what went in the tissue paper and if the charm goes in the little card pouch or not as I was concerned it would get lost? so some form of explanation to those packinging it up to gift to someone or markers to say what goes in what package would be good”
