“Faboulous service. Ordered Wednesday night just before good Friday and bank holiday Monday and received my parcel on the Saturday. Products are good quality.”

“I have bought charms for my nomination bracelet a few times from Joshua James. I have always been happy with the service and delivery. However, I have a little niggle this time. I bought a medical alert charm this time, assuming that I'd have to get my medical condition engraved on to it myself. I have found out that the Nomination site charge the same price and engrave it for you. As I live on a Scottish island this would have been much more convenient for me. As I now have to travel to the mainland to have it engraved. Thus escalating the cost quite a bit.”

“Article arrived in good shape and well packaged. It was out of stock once I had ordered it so had to wait longer and missed the occasion it was for :( Better to have said it was out of stock before I made the purchase (but maybe I missed that),”

“Very quick to post and very helpful showing me photos via Facebook messenger. The only issue ive had is with the website. It kept taking me round in loops it would link me to paypal then i hit pay and it would say my basket was empty! It took me all day to pay for my necklace. I then wanted to do a second order for a matching pearl. Unfortunately the same issue happened with the website and i gave up in the end.”

“I purchased a Nomination Bracelet & 2 Charms .. Although they arrived quickly, I was a bit disappointed that they never came with a gift bag .. Giving them as a present, they would of looked better in a gift bag (like pandora do)”

“Good quick service and good quality product. Only negative was there are various discount codes avaliable and also Joshus James offer 10% off on first order however this discount was not available for the item I purchased so I had to pay full price..”
