“Customer request ref VS4971 I bought a serenity silver entwined ring delivered on 11/12/20 I didn’t wear it until 11/1/21 on 18/1/21 the ring broke. On 22/1/21 I received a confirmation email from you saying you had received the ring. Despite sending you a number of email I’m still waiting for my refund. Joy Shumack”

“Placed an order for 4 charms only 3 turned up, they then told me the other one was to follow after 2 weeks still no charm so put a complaint in they said they will have to investigate it then that took another 2 weeks so ended up waiting 4 weeks for one charm to turn u, I wasn’t happy as it was for a birthday present felt like I was messed around would defo not be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to shop here feel they are a bunch of messers”

“I have purchased items from this company before, their nomination charms are good, however I wouldn't recommend the ones that have free engraving, as in the past few months, I have purchased 2 for my mum and 2 for my daughter, they have recently cleaned their bracelets and the black writing has come off all of these, they have contacted joshua james via email and never had a response so I think their customer service is disgusting, we have ordered engraved items direct from nomination in the past and theres never has this issue so it's obviously the ink that joshua james uses.”

“I recently bought a nomination bracelet and charm as a 21st birthday gift. Purchase was simple delivery was quick but I had issue putting said bracelet together. I did email you for help but never received a reply. Ended up having to ask for help from another party so yes your initial service was good but your after care is seriously lacking. It will make me question whether I buy from you again”

“Always excellent service, orders arrive quickly. Helpful with telephone queries. The only drawback is that orders are sent by Royal Mail who won’t leave the package if no one’s at home which can be a drawback for working people.”
