“The products were fine, it was just that fact that they're not very upfront about saying Nomination charms are excluded from any promotions and weren't very interested when I tried to raise it with them. I won't buy from them again and it was only that I wanted a particular charm quickly for a birthday present that I didn't cancel the order.”

“I have ordered a few times now from Joshua James and delivery has always been prompt (slight delay with one order due to Corona virus, but customer services were helpful when I contacted them).
