“Ordered 7 items and packer split my order and no explanation has yet been given why that was done. Missing 5 items worth £105. Many many attempts via site and my sister finally managed via messenger and they were insistant that full order was delivered. Had to send photos to prove not the case and I have had 2 different stories as to how they were posted via royal mail. Royal mail have no issues as have had all of 6 other deliveries with no problems from other online companies.”

“I came across this company through a Google search whilst looking for Nomination jewellery. They have a great selection of Nomination links. I purchased the gold coffee cup link for my mam's birthday, which she loves. Easy ordering process and free delivery on ALL orders, rather than on minimum spend orders, which is a GREAT bonus and will make it highly like that I'll be a returning customer. I was also given a 15% voucher code on next purchase for sharing, and the people I shared to also got a 15% voucher code. Delivery was quite slow from dispatch notification, and it didn't arrive in time for birthday 😟 but that could be due to the Covid-19 crisis. Atleast I know what to expect regarding delivery now so as to order much more in advance.”

“Delivery was far too slow, ordered a charm from a different site 2 days after and it has arrived, no sign of the one from here. 9 days and counting is excessive. Emailed and Covid-19 was blamed, there is no issue with the postal service apart from a possible 1 day delay.”
