“I still have not received my order. Got.e-mail to say it was despatched on 20th April which i thought i would have received for my mams 70th Birthday on 25th April. Still nothing.”

“I haven’t received my order yet. I tried the “contact us” form twice on different days but it wouldn’t submit, I tried telephoning, I followed the advice on there and emailed. Then it came up on my Facebook page and I privately messaged and asked would they have a look at the email I had sent and any help would have been greatly appreciated. I had a message back within a few minutes and other than my name it’s an email that is sent to everyone as what I had asked wasn’t answered. I just wanted someone to read my email and help or advise me. My last purchase I rated with 5 stars. I know these are very difficult times but I just wanted to be able to have some help. I really don’t like leaving this review, I’m only doing it with the hope of someone answering.”

“Thank you so much, I didn't see the product as it was sent to my friend, however her response was extremely positive. She thought it was beautiful and so meaningful to us both.
