“I ordered 3 nomination charms which were lovely . However I was only sent 1 little gift wrapper to put them in and they were 3 separate gifts”

“Nomination charm- come in very good condition and come very quick, only thing that let it down as it was a present I would of liked the nomination bag to come with it. Other than that I’d order from here again.”

“Quick delivery, however I purchased and wanted to purchase again the next day, and emailed for a loyalty discount and got no reply? I asked for this as I regularly get mail offering discounts. Ordered anyway, but this part of the service could be improved, maybe receiving % gong next order with dispatch email?”

“I paid for next day as it was for a birthday present, however it never arrived and I had to chase, when I find out that sent it normal Royal Mail so didn’t receive it until Monday. I did receive a refund but that’s not the point. Also I usually get a gift bag when I buy a nomination gift but nothing was received, just a poor experience.”

“Item still hasn’t arrived, it was a present for a relatives birthday which has now been. Obviously there are issues with deliveries at the moment but all it says is there may be some delays. I have since found out this translates to could have to wait 14 days for delivery. I feel this should have been made more clear when ordering so I could have made informed decision not to risk ordering. I have felt their response has been quite argumentative and responsibility has been deflected away from themselves. I ordered a parcel from the Netherlands that has arrived sooner and several packages from alternative places that have been delivered by Royal Mail within 3 days so not sure why this particular package seems to have taken a week.”
