“Ordered 2 nomination charms. 1 arrived 2 days later the other no sign of it. Recorded message blames the post office yet the pure lack of customer service makes the.matter worse. I will never purchase from this company again....”

“I ordered a charm for myself and 2 charms for gifts . My charm and one of the gift charms were fixed together I cannot understand why they were sent like this at all, I could not separate them . A colleague at work has a tool and she managed to do it for me but she said they were very hard to separate I don’t know what I would have done without her help. This is the first time I have ordered from Joshua James and was disappointed .”

“Placed order on the 10th December & paid extra for quicker delivery. Website says dispatched on the 11th December. Now the 21st December, no delivery & still waiting. They don't / can't / won't answer the phone & don't respond to emails. Had to raise an issue with PayPal to try & resolve.”
