“I've only every ordered Nominated Bracelets & charms. Great delivery. Great range in charms except if you have a big charm bracelet but still better than most sites. Only thing I can say negative is I asked for charm to be put in bracelets as it was delivered as a present and they didn't do it for me”

“Ordered on 3/4/2020 Nothing no email back No tweet back no answer Paid for it to be delivered for a birthday and nothing Have a charm for it from Thomas sabo I mean they can deliver in 3 days but you's can't and can't answer the phone or email or twitter thank you for taking y money on the 3rd and ignoring me really triggered my anxiety”
