“Disappointing at the opening times before Christmas as had 2 journeys to collect orders , also had to stand outside on my last time I collected waiting for someone to answer the door . Also had a postal delivery which was late though I do understand postal services was delayed.”

“I have never received the item, tried to call got an automated message regarding issues with Royal mail and despite it being over 14 working days, I was cut off with no option to leave a message or speak with anyone. Tried to call a few times, I will try another method.”

“I ordered 4 nomination charms before Christmas and only 3 came. I have an order note which tells me it will follow, but i have had no communication from Joshua James regeding this. Neither did I receive an email to tell me that my charm was not going to come. Poor service on the whole”

“Easy order process lots of bargains if you are looking for one Quick delivery usually I had one item didn’t turn up in my Christmas order but I received a message after I contacted them and hopefully it should be here tomorrow so will now be a birthday present instead”
