“Still waiting and waiting and waiting!! Should have received the remaining order that was inexplicably split over £100 worth is still missing rhat was posted 14th April and can only get in touch with this company via their support email as contact on website just does not submit for the last month. Joshua James are refusing to give the tracking number that Royal Mail have told me thwy want as apparently they do not use these. Disgusting customer service. This is the one and only time I've used this company and would not recommend. So I can only say BUYER BEWARE if something like this happens to somebody else.”

“Still waiting and waiting for the rest of my order that was inexplicably split been waiting since 14th April, Royal Mail have asked for the tracking number that should be present but Joshua James refusing to give it as stating they don't use them !!!! Over £100 is missing. Disgusting customer service and would NOT recommend as you can never get hold of them. BUYER BEWARE FOR THIS COMPANY”

“The charm and bracelet were great however delivery was a shambles!! Bracelet was just posted in my letter box not even in any packaging, charm came in a clip bag in an envelope, overall would not shop here again!”
