“Ordered annually Swarovski bauble. It had a great deal on it, better than I found anywhere else. Delivery was fast and well packaged, which is great as it meant the glass bauble didn’t break which I was so worried about. Very happy with my purchase all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I received a dispatch email on 23/21/20, it is now the 9/12/20 and I have still not received that order. When I emailed to enquire about this I was told I had to wait until 14 working days had passed before they could do anything. The item was a part of a Christmas present, and ordering a month in advance I assumed I would have before Christmas. I have now had to make other arrangements! I was so disappointed with the service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.”

“Received 3 nomination charms from Joshua James, the packing was really disappointing one back for 3 charms they was for two different people. The one charm was an engraved charm and it’s unreadable. Messaged at least 5 times still no response.”

“I have contacted these on many occasions several of which have been ignored. My charms came of really poor personalisation. I sent them back to be buffed out but have come back extremely scratched up. The money you pay to receive something of high quality has turned out to be so poor. And for the customer service, well that’s just terrible”
