“Haven’t received my order and customer services are making me wait 14 days until they take it further. So I’ve paid £50 for a bracelet and still waiting for it even though it was dispatched 17th November! Clearly they don’t read emails properly if they are emailing me asking me to review something I haven’t even received yet.”

“I ordered 2 lots for delivery in the same day (completed order then added a couple more)within minutes of each other. 1 delivery came a couple of days later, the other was approx 8-10 days. The following day, after I had spent a decent amount of money (5 charms), the site was offering a 20% discount. Having emailed Joshua James, I did not receive a response. I have just been made unemployed so the 20% discount would have been worthy.”
