“Just a few hours after ordering I received a notification that UPS picked up my order. Then I got my package in two days! That’s amazing service, thank you. The handwritten note and packaging was very cute too. Happy to buy from this small business. I look forward to purchasing more stems to go with each season.”

“How refreshing it is to get a confirmation email with the goal not only of letting me know HouseFloral received my order (and actually seemed excited about it) but primarily to brighten my day! These guys want you to feel special whether you spend $45 or $450. Sure, they do all the things a good, smart, online company does with communications, but they go way beyond that. Receiving the order is like having a little party. Great looking identity, custom packaging tape inside and out, a packing list/letter reviewing purchase, a family recipe card, and of all things, a personalized note. Crazy stuff. But intended to (literally) put a smile on my face and make my little self feel valued! Y'all are awesome (by the way I did only spend $45). ;-)”

“Hey guys, I just got my most recent order and it certainly did not disappoint. The flowers I ordered were just right for the vase I have and they look really nice. Also appreciated how quickly they were shipped and delivered. One last thing; thanks for the beautiful packaging, interior wrapping of flowers in craft paper, and the notes you send. It makes it feel like I am receiving a nice gift.”

“I was looking for a high quality artificial floral supplier that would work with small businesses & not require such large quantity orders. House Floral has been great. The supplies I received were wrapped beautifully and the quality of the blueberries and ruscus I ordered were above my expectations! Very friendly and helpful customer service too. I suggested they add a wish list to their web site and they did! Love this supplier so far!!”
