“Wall basket arrived via USPS damaged in a crushed and torn box despite a Fragile" sticker in plain view. I contacted Jeremy and he shipped a replacement out lightning fast! Also, I wasn't asked to return the damaged one, saving me time and effort. Replacement basket arrived undamged in a much sturdier box. Nice item! Thank you, Jeremy!”
