“Thinking ahead to the holiday season, I recently purchased a few “real touch” cypress stems. They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged complete with a hand written note of thanks. The cypress stems themselves were so life like that within days I placed an order for the Norfolk pine stems. I was equally pleased with this purchase. When considering customer service, the quality of the product and the price point, this company checks all the boxes. I plan on making future purchases and have no problem in highly recommending HouseFloral. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Although I accidentally received someone else's order (the name was very similar to mine, so I can see how it happened) the team made things right quickly and was great a communicating to keep me posted on when my order should be received. “I loved the 26" Faux Ruscus Leaf Sprays I ordered! Very natural looking and exactly what I was looking for. I don't think I have ever received an order from anyone packaged so lovely, with a handwritten note! You could tell that the person who filled my order cared. It also arrived sooner than expected. I will return to this shop for more florals/foliage! Thank you HouseFloral!”
