“HouseFloral exceeds my expectations, admittedly high, with each order. The wide collection of the finest quality faux stems and branches zhuzh up any space. Owner Jeremy responds to questions immediately and graciously offers design suggestions that I would not have thought of. That's customer service like few other vendors understand. My latest order was for a few Peony stems in white and cream-white with blush pink tips that are so real I want to take a sniff every time I walk by.”

“I am very pleased with the site from ordering to the quality of the product. I have to say, I have to have more words about your excellent packaging of these products. I can see that these are packaged with care and Love for the products and it is very meaningful to get the products in such great shape as if they just came off the shelf. You do such a great job with everything. I only wish you had a store in my area so that I could go and see some of the items I want to purchase but are skeptical due to not knowing the quality of each item that I want. The Ruscus is such a staple for many Wreath Makers and floral designers that itis a must have in inventory. Thanks. Tom”

“First, these guys are amazing!!!! I am a huge fan and repeat customer!!! The reason for that, quality items at great prices!!! I have a zero green thumb, so faux stems are my jam!!! Everyone that walks in my home will ask if my arrangements are real! The next reason, the customer service! I have never been disappointed in my items, but when you open the box, see how beautifully wrapped everything is, and then see an envelope with your name on it, with a handwritten personalized card, it means everything. It also means, “The Boys” love their customers!!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!! My house is filled with stems from them!!! Thank you Boys for making me feel special!!!!”
