“Everything. The selection, the quality of your merchandise, the prices, discounts and offers for your customers, the quick shipping, and above all, the best customer service you will ever experience in your life! Plus, I love the tutorials and design ideas you have for your customers, and if that isn’t enough, you even have premade, designed product kits available for your customers who want to buy and put the project together without thinking about it too much. Please don’t change a thing. Just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be around for a very long time.”
