“the experience with JulesB was great i was kept informed and had a quick delivery. sadly i was unable to keep the coat as it was to big for me and it was at the time the only size in stock. the returns policy was easy and i had confirmation of receit and refund very promptly. i would recomend to anyone and would definitely consider using again”

“The reason I have given an average score for experience is because of the packaging. My coat arrived very creased and was simply stuffed into the shippage bag without any other wrapping. I was astonished at this as I have purchased many times from you both in store and online and your items are usually so beautifully packaged. This needs addressing or I would be wary of buying from you in the future.”

“Bought items in sale, great reductions. Arrived promptly. Would've given 5* for this but the website ordering was difficult to use, wasn't sure if my order had gone through and when I tried to phone there was no one answering the phone.”

“trousers arrived without tags and covered in dust and looked like a customer return. I got in touch with customer service as wanted to keep and the level of service was appalling. Very disappointing for a first order and won’t be shopping here again. They made no attempt to rectify the situation and the last I dealt with was just rude in my opinion”
