“Although I didn’t keep the trousers as they were too small the process to receive and return was seamless although I did have to pay to return but I will be ordering from Jules B again thanks”

“Ordered the M3600 White twin tip polo shirt, thinking i've got myself a nice little bargain, looking forward to my delivery in the next day or so... which then turned into a week, at the end of which i get a message from Evri say my parcel had been damaged and couldn't be delivered. Fantastic i thought, never going to see that again. Phoned up JB customer care... and they were great, very helpful. As soon as the got confirmation from the courier that the parcel had been lost / damaged and could nolonger be delivered came through, i was sent a replacement shirt next day delivery. As soon as i put the shirt on...you tell straight away this was the genuine artical, so impressed i ordered another M3600 in Navy.”
