Disgusting human beings I had to pay to get a taxi back to my car as they would not collect me. Now they are re fusing to give me the £95 back, They also used my car left it in locked & left it dirty. Disgusting

It's some basically a field from what looks like a disused nightclub. The operators run a shuttle with vehicles to the airport that are cramped dirty and modified into what looks like dangerous mini buses. The charge of 15 quid per car is then optimised by you the paying customer waiting for the operators to fill the bus up with up unlucky punters. Net effect is that you can be waiting for well over an hour before you are collected or dropped off. This adds stress on way out as check ins require longer times. On the way back if you have not slept for 30 hours waiting for a bus and a journey that took us well over 2 hours before we got back to our car was not what we expected or wanted. Don't use this operator if you want to be collected and expect to be back at your car within an hour as it will not happen. The location at chalfont st Peter is a long way from Heathrow even in light traffic. For us it was 5.30 in am on way out and we landed on early Sunday morning on return. Frankly I would rather have paid double and felt less concerned about security of my vehicle and been collected within the 20 minutes that most claim or offer. Not a great experience and no apology. Just lies and treat like cattle in what looked like modified cattle trucks. Very poor.

Do not use this car park, our car was damaged when we collected it, deep scratches, they have not repaired it. Very unhappy and disappointed, it's costing us a lot of money to repaire it, so unhappy to see our car so damaged, we trusted jumbo and now feel very let down

Absolute amateurs not professional car park a field that is so full of holes and up and down transfers are in filthy inside completely worn out vehicles no organisation was kept waiting both ways 2hrs on return avoid you get what you pay for not worth the hassle

Arrived at car park (muddy field) a little early. No signs or anything, just a muddy field full of cars and a Pirtaloo! We're greeted and booking checked then has to wait 50 mins with car for transport to airport, having g had to pay additional £15. On return call once collected luggage and was given instructions as on paperwork, waiting an hour and nothing and after 2 or 3 more calls and another hour eventually got picked up. Return transfer took about 30 mins( so not close to airport) we were handed keys and pointed in dircection of car. Fortunately the weather had been dry so not much mud, but still not easy to wheel cases over the uneven ground. May be cheap, but not even worth that. Avoid and pay a bit more. Worst I have ever used

The parking lot was not at all like it looks in the pictures, it was completely unpaved, a park full of mud and holes full of water, those who picked us up from the parking lot only created problems for us, we explained to them before arriving at the parking lot that we were coming an hour early because we had problems with checking in to the plane and when we got there they told us to wait another 2 hours because they didn't have a driver for the transfer or to take an Uber, after we waited the 2 hours the driver took us to a different terminal than where we were and from there we took the internal airport bus. I left my car outside the parking lot because it was inaccessible at the moment and they moved it when the mud dried up. During our stay, they left my car unlocked. When we returned, our flight was delayed and they were not updated with the driver to pick us up when we arrived. We waited another 2 hours until they came to pick us up. They were very unprofessional with everything. They really didn't know how to be polite at all. I found the car very dirty inside and out. It looked terrible.

IF TEMU DID AIRPORT PARKING! We arrived at the car park which is actually a large farmers field with no hardstanding.On arrival it was a ploughed field getting stuck twice in the mud and I was driving a suv vehicle. They state a mini bus shuttle whIch is actually a car which my wIfe and i had to share wuth another couple and all our luggage.It was a shambles to put it mildly. The story gets better on our return at 7.45am i call them asking for my transfer to be told that we would be collected at 12noon.I remonstrated with them to be told that it would be 10am at the very earliestMy wife and i after a 15hour flight paid for an uber. On our arrival at jumbo parking the field was an absolute mudbath.After getting stuck in the field the owner went and used a customers VW Amorok tdi to pull me out.DO NOT LEAVE THEM YOUR CAR KEYS !!!! It is certainly cheap for a reason,avoid avoid and avoid again.

Well, you can park your car there and eventually have it back so a star for each. So far so good. Communication was poor throughout. Difficult to find the place even following emailed instructions. You can't believe it's the right place, looks abandoned, no signage. You phone, person on phone is not a native English speaker and not that easy to understand. They eventually turn up to the abandoned looking site. We're taken to the airport in a very old dodgy, dented van. Pick-up communication was worse. We followed email instructions and phoned after collecting luggage. Driver then called and said not to go to level one as the email says but to go to bus stop for Long Stay Parking. We do, nobody turns up. Total of 12 calls on my log with driver and office trying to understand what is going on. It's winter, we're waiting in the cold. Driver now says catch the bus to Long Stay Parking. Office call to say don't do that, go to level 1. Driver really rude telling us we didn't follow instructions. Argues that he's always right and we should have ignored the office. Took 90 minutes from first call to actually getting the car back! Don't use this service if time is important as the journey to the airport is over half an hour and pick-up isn't smooth. Parking itself is in a muddy field strewn with rubbish. I won't be using the service again.

Horrific experiance, nearly missed my flight even thought I arrived 3.5 hrs before flight at the pitch black nightclub car park, no reception, 1 light, after numerous phone calls a chap turned up and wanted another £12.50… scraped minibus.. not safe looking.. anyway, never again..

This site is nowhere near Heathrow Airport, it is a rough field miles away. They use clapped out vehicles to transfer customers to/from the airport. Their drivers don't know how to drive - we mounted a roundabout at one stage. Their service is slow - when we came back we phoned them from Heathrow Airport T2 at 15:57 to ask them to collect us and it was after 17:00 when they arrived, then we went back to their site via T4 and T5 to pick up passengers and finally arrived at their site at 18:23 having caught all the rush hour traffic. We are not impressed.

Bad customer service. Flight reached later then the actual time, but we called and they sent a shuttle that didn't have enough space for our baggage. When I called reception to tell what the problem was I was talked to very rudely and was told that they did a favour of sending the shuttle (as we were late with our flight) and that the shuttle service 'was complementary' and they can actually make us wait 4-5 hours as our flight was delayed. This all was after their website mentioned 'no worries if your flight is early or delayed, we will try and be helpful'. No training on how to talk to costumer and be helpful.

Reference Number: JP381746. Hello dear, I am very disappointed to thus car park jumbo. I booked it in 21st August 2025, 4am:15min, then I call 30min before arriving in car park, and by 4am 5min I arrived in the place no body is there , I called aigain the answer me to wait 10min the driver will come to pick up us to airport, after 10min no one comes all the phone numbers closed, I was with 4 kids under 9 years old, no security guards after 15min one of driver come .and this driver is very rude his take time then we left jumbo car park at 5am .to arrived at airport 5am:34min. I missed my fly the check-in is closed then I have to paid 1302 pounds 🛫 for my trips, I loose my ticket because of you jumbo car park. You don't respect people times, you don't care for the customer. I will never tell or recommend the customer to choose this car park jumbo. All customer need to loose or miss the fly try this car park jumbo you will crying 😢 and loose your ticket for the airplane ✈ like me . Very bad bad bad service.

Everything was fine when arriving,they dropped us off at a hotel near Heathrow as we were travelling the next day The negative experience was when we got back to the UK. Originally booked parking until 11:45pm on return date,2 weeks before travel emailed them with a requests to change times for departure and arrival dates. Email received saying they would amend times but no updated official confirmation after asking twice. Upon arriving back to Heathrow we called to be picked up but they still had us down for the original return time and had no driver available. We had to wait nearly 2 hours to be picked up. When we were picked up the driver drove whilst watching a video on his phone the whole way back to the car park. If booking with these people ensure you book the correct times to start with

Do not use this service. They were late collecting us to take us to the airport, nearly missing our flight. No details given regarding the return. Would only take us to the terminal if we paid £6 and wanted to keep my keys. On our return after multiple attempts to contact them, they were 1½hrs late turning up and the driver was totally incompetent. Nearly hit a car and a lorry and then reversed into someone's wall. I will NEVER use this cowboy company again. Avoid

After reading numerous reviews on Trustpilot, I became concerned about the safety and reliability of the car park service. Although my initial interaction with the company appeared genuine, my experience has since raised serious doubts. The company seems to place heavy emphasis on promoting positive reviews, which can be misleading. I would advise others to approach those reviews with caution and take time to read a broader range of customer feedback before booking. I made the decision to cancel my booking based on the concerning reviews my wife found on Trustpilot. Despite this, the company has refused to refund my payment, which I find both disappointing and unfair. The way the situation has been handled gives the impression of a poorly managed, or possibly "cowboy", operation. I hope my experience serves as a caution to others and encourages the company to improve its practices moving forward.

I would give Jumbo Parking less than 1 star if it was possible. The service was absolutely awful. We landed at 10:45am and we were not dropped off to our car until 13:00 as the driver had to stop at two other terminal destinations. We only live 1hr 30 from Heathrow and it took us the entire day to get back home. I would not recommend if you value your time! Honestly, please do search for other providers and pay a bit more for a quality service rather than your car in a field and very very very slow transfers!

Be aware there are additional charges to be incurred if you want to be dropped off and picked up outside the airport terminal. This isn't stated on the booking page, but you will only get this information on the invoice after you paid. No cancellation possible and no refund given. Misleading information. Not happy with the misleading information and communication, so rather lose my money then park my car there. Avoid.
