“Worst delivery ever so last night I ordered around £59 worth of food I’m just eat McDonald’s for my family of six and when it turned up there just the driver dropped the drinks all over the floor outside my door and inside my hallway it’s went all over the carpet he never apologised we didn’t get replace of drinks and he literally spilt all of them!!! He turned around and said It happens have a nice day goodbye and drove off. I email just eat with the photos I’ve got an automated response saying I will start from them within 14 days which really is not good enough for what they have done”

“Have ordered twice from here and both times my order was marked as “delivered” but never arrived. I was given a full discount both times but won’t be using again, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY”

“Food order never received despite being marked as delivered. Customer service said no credit, refund, unwilling to communicate and absolutely no form of resolution. Out of pocket and no food. Awful company.”

“A Kentucky fried chicken burger caused myself to vomit being an very disabled man who is on strong pain relief and important medicine IE insulin, antidepressants, because I couldn't digest these usual meds so my pain increased putting me into hospital and put on I v morphine instead of my tablet for morphine then in complaining to just eat there reply has been lies rude no refund although promised one hard to contact just eat promised again today of someone to contact me but guess what nothing help”

“I ordered a vegan royale meal from Burger King. They delivered a beef burger meal. I am vegan and so obviously couldn't eat it. I asked for a refund and they refused to send one, i must have tried at least 5 times and waited on hold for many hours. I had all the evidence. Photos of the beef burger and a receipt with the incorrect order number. I never got my vegan royale either! Absolutely disgusting thieves!”

“Just eat drives are incapable I had 1 erlier on the phone asking me for my postcode and I was directing him to my house all of a sudden he put the phone down and the food was delivered to someone else im 100% sure a group of monkeys could do better”

“My order was missing and they refused me my refund I’m absolutely horrified how stupid their drivers are. Worst app ever! I prefer Ubereats or even just going there myself at least my food will still be hot when I get home unlike them and their stupid drivers that can’t do their job right.”

“Terrible. Have used these guys twice in the past 4 months once didn't get the food and second time got totally wrong order and stone cold food. It's a fight to get a refund. Total waste of money advise others not to use this service. I won't be”

“Made my child go to bed hungry!!! Made me wait over 2 hours just to say they haven’t sent a driver and I won’t be getting food. You bloody morons tell me this when everywhere is closed???? I hope you faceless idiots are happy me and my family are deleting your trash app and spreading the word.”

“Delivery driver didn't pick up or deliver my food, but logged in to say that he did, hence I have lost £26. Just Eat drivers obviously cannot be trusted. Had to re-order again. Plus chippy have had to throw away the cold food. It's absolutely disgusting. Just Eat should be ashamed of themselves, employing dishonest drivers.”

“Used Vodafone VeryMe discount which applied at checkout but the notification from Monzo was full price, as was invoice. I was cut off by one customer advisor (Julie) and I then reconnected to another (Zoe) who told me that she had raised a complaint and I would be contacted within 72 hours, she cut off the chat and I reconnected because I hadn't recieved a complaint number. Another advisor (Mulakala Harika) informed me that Zoe had not escalated to supervisor and had therefore lied and he apologised. Mulakala Harika told me he had escalated it and I would recieve a phonecall within 72 hours and ended the chat. I replied saying I had not recieved an e-mail and was connected to another advisor (Sayeem) who advised that a complaint had been logged and the reference was 68573713. This was all very time consuming and advisors tried to avoid honouring discount despite being sent screenshots. The order itself wasn't expensive (£18.70 and I was expecting 25% discount) but the customer experience was horrendous. I should have just collected from the restuarant direct, which would have been cheaper, as JustEat will do anything to avoid honouring discount codes, including fobbing off and lieing to customers.”

“I ordered food, the delivery time more than doubled. I cancelled the order after speaking to the restaurant and just eat charged me the full amount plus delivery & plastic bag. Shocking service. Will never use again.”
