“The products have a lot higher quality than I anticipated. My order came quite fast even during Christmas season. There is a lot of stuff to pick through. Only thing that is weird to me, is that once I placed an order, and after it shipped I got the information that 4 products were missing (the ones I wanted the most) so they just didn't put them in and still sent the package. I would really like for there to be an option to get informed that not all products are available and if I still want the package to be sent.”

“quite good, good prices on doom vinyl figures, keeps you updated on deliveries. Shipped quite late from purchase but that's mainly the fault of the manufacturer, not JustGeek.”

“The store was fine fine but the delivery service use by the store sucks. I placed an order in early December 2021 and may not get my package till February 2022. My package is processed but hasn’t actually begun shipping yet.”

“The variety of products were great especially for the holiday season. The one major comment I have is that there wasn’t an easy way to find a way to contact customer service. I wanted to try and change the address on my package. I wasn’t sure if it was a matter of the holidays, but I wasn’t able to without canceling the order. When I tried looking for an email or phone number, I couldn’t find one at all. Other than that, everything was great!”
