“Excellent pricing, tracked delivery, would definatly buy from here again. No problems whatsoever. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the product name was written on the delivery label and it was a xmas gift for my partner. Fortunately he was out when it arrived.”

“Start of delivery was fast and the sweater is great quality. End of delivery was a little disappointing, the postman stood in front of my door, had the packet in his hand and told me, he is not allowed to give it to me, cause I needed to pay customs+fee and cause of COVID, he was not allowed to take money. So he went away and I had to pick it up the next day on a store. I know it's not just geeks fault that UK in no longer EU, but to provide a better experience for non UK customers it would be great to give a way to handle customs beforehand.”

“The ordering process was smooth, though I think more care could be taken regarding the transparency of preorders. It is unsettling when an Item one has preordered and that has not yet arrived completely disappears from the page.”

“Product was great! Guy friend loved his Doom Eternal figure. Only issue I have was paying for rush delivery, it was expected before December 8th and didn't arrive until December 15th. Other than that, love Just Geek!”

“Loved the quality of the product I ordered (Star Wars Christmas Sweater) and the fast delivery. The online shop is quite intuitive and I liked everything about it (except the very expensive shipping, but that’s thanks to Brexit, I suppose)!”

“Not gonna lie, I was kind of a dick. My package got stuck at customs and I was not happy but when I got it, it exceeded my expectations. I would like a disclaimer about customs possibly screwing your shipping time.”
