“Ich habe einen weihnachtspullover von Star Wars bestellt. Die Qualität ist super und die Lieferung war trotz shipping recht zügig. Leider war mir vorher nicht bewusst, dass noch Zollgebühren auf mich zukommen - deswegen ziehe ich 1 Stern ab. Zum Produkt und der Lieferung kann ich aber ohne Probleme 5 Sterne vergeben und kann den Shop bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.”

“Great quality product and easy to deal with this company. The only problem for me is the shipping cost. Since I live in Canada, the shipping cost are insane. Sometime it cost more for the shipping than the item itself. However, this is a great store for collector like me.”

“The site is very easy to use and the products you guys sell are all really cool. I quickly found what I needed and ordered my product. One thing I think you guys could improve is being more upfront about the taxes that will be added when you ship things abroad. When I clicked on the EU version of the site. I thought I was dealing with the EU branch of your company and that the products would be shipped from a destination in Europe (and therefore no extra taxes would be required). But the only thing that actually does is set the prices of your products to euros instead of pounds. Now upon arrival, I had to pay quite a hefty sum of taxes and an added fee by the delivery company (which was 17 euros!!!) for taking care of the tax forms....”
