“It's very difficult to find gaming related merchandise in the UK but Geek Store solves that dilemma for me. They could easily sell low quality items due to the lack of options available at a decent price across the UK but from my experience the only products they sell are top quality. My only issue with Geek Store is sometimes there availabilty on supply can be very lengthy in time.”

“I got two Skyrim jumpers for my husband and brother. They are soft and stretchy and I like the pattern. The two issues I have is the thinness of the material (questionable longevity) and the crazy sizing. I used the sizing chart and compared to sweaters that fit the two men, but the jumpers I received were much too large. For example, my brother, who has a 44 in chest and usually wears an XL will be getting a US L instead. Luckily after several days of trying to figure out how to not have to pay for an exchange, I got a hold of customer service who are sending a new jumper free of charge.”

“*Excellent customer service*, I was notified when pre ordered items were delayed due to third party issues and how long it could be expected for them to take without me asking. Items arrived weeks before that date undamaged absolutely no complaints.”
