“I quite liked the enrolling email where they asked me to write a review. I'm not sure whether it was these guys that let me know that the figurine from the DOOM game was actually available in real life, but that's what I bought from them. So good for them or whoever it was that ran the algorithm to identify me as wanting to buy it, and no complaints re the product itself. I guess when you get things like this on pre-order, it would be nice to have updates every month or so, just letting me know that it's coming. But all basically good.”

“I have purchased from this store a few times. They have some great stuff that you usually pay more for on the official stores. My only gripe is that you have to wait up to 3 working days for dispatch. If you are including weekends etc then it can take a while but if you're not I a hurry they are brilliant. Always well packaged and never had to return anything.”

“Quality items I'm very pleased with my purchase. 4 stars given only because of the long wait time for the items to arrive. Communication about delays and supply issues was given with new delivery estimates. apologise where given and I understand the problems they are going through. Let's hope everything is sorted for future orders.”

“My only complaint, and it's a small one, the overall color of the toy is muted. Other than the colors, it's a well made figurine to display in your office desk, a shelf, anywhere!”

“The product itself is absolutely wonderful. It was a birthday present for my father and he was overjoyed. Sadly, the product did arrive a month late, but as it was a pre-order and with the virus still impacting companies, I was not fussed.”

“This site has many cool things you will want, no doubt! Where I live however, they charge a flat $15 ship rate. Honestly, this has stopped me multiple times from pulling the trigger. A rewards system/free shipping type program would be wonderful for this site! Maybe one day.... They will bless us and open up a store in America! With that said, shipping is usually pretty darn fast coming from across the Atlantic.”

“I ordered the Chibi Mini Backpack from WandaVision as a birthday present. Like all Loungefly merchandise these things tend to get delayed. But Just Geek kindly answered all my concerns about the delay. I got word from them via email the moment my order got shipped. Upon receiving the package I saw the box was damaged. Luckily the backpack was thoroughly protected, having suffered no damage on the inside. My partner was so happy when they finally got it. I must say JustGeek has a great catalog of products you don't find everywhere. Especially for someone living in Belgium. I highly recommend this website. Happy hunting geeks!”

“I ordered my charging pad from Geek Store. I loved how reasonably priced it was. It took awhile for me to receive tracking updates on it, but I chalked it up to my being overseas. The packaging arrived and it was in good condition. My only complaint would be that my charging pad gets very hot when it is being used.”

“I live in Spain and I bought Ai The Somnium Files for Nintendo Switch, it was cheaper compared to other sites. My game took 15 days to arrive, but it came in excellent condition. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay more money because it does not include UK taxes. It is very important that Just Geek advise buyers.”

“Very good customer service team that responds in a reasonable time frame. Items do take a while to dispatch though (about two weeks from purchase), so if you're in a rush to get items, it may not be the best place to get them. However, Just Geek have a lot of cool items so the wait is worth it, especially if you have other things to occupy your time.”

“The website was very clear and it helped me get all the items i was after. The only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is that I had to wait a while for my order to arrive. The glasses were preordered but I was hoping my hat would arrive first and the glasses afterwards when they were released. This was not the case. Other then that, the items are great, they were packaged safely and I'm happy with my order. I'll definitely order from Just Geek again in the future.”
