“The items I recieved are very good quality, shipped quickly without damage. The only thing I would personally like is an option for the items I ordered to not be written on the package since I'm christmas shopping. But other than that, I'm satisfied with the items recieved.”

“I love the just geek website so much! I have so many things that I have bought from them between dragon ball z collectibles and tons of Playstation appearal from books to wallets and a game organizer! This site is designed very well for us all to find exactly what we want. I also have so many more things on my mind that I'm going to buy from the just geek shop in the coming weeks they have some really great deals and so much stuff to buy that I want and I'm going to be buying very soon lol oh plus half the things on the just geek shop are specifically only on here and that I can promise. I love this site so many exciting things I want to get lol”

“Overall, the Just Geek store is acceptable. Customer service responds to all requests eventually; the company sends you emails about the status of your order like for example they explained the reason why my order was delayed; and it is easy to navigate the website overall. However, I do have points of criticism, which caused me to choose "Acceptable" as the rating. First of all, I was not able to find any sort of information on the website that tells me if there is a telephone number that I can call, since sometimes it takes a couple of days for my request to get answered which is inconvenient and frustrating. Second of all, I learned from customer service that the "Expedited Shipping 2 to 3 days from despatch" shipping option is the same thing as the "DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE" option; this is very disappointing because it is unfair to have someone pay for the more expensive shipping option because he/she thinks it is the best, but yet it is the same as the cheaper one. I didn't find anything on the website stating such warning; also they said they are in the process of fixing it when I contacted them, but it's been 16 days and it still hasn't been fixed. Overall, I would recommend others to use Just Geek. However if none of these issues I listed end up getting fixed, I personally may stop using Just Geek and search elsewhere.”
