“The ordering and shipping process was great, everything was as promised. The shoes are as described. I recommend getting a half size larger, the shoes are a little smaller than what I expected.”
“I did not see or receive any information about a delay or amount of time for shipping, at the time of purchase , for golf clubs on this site . After a week or so of waiting I emailed customer service and was told they ship golf clubs direct from the manufacturer, 2 to 3 week wait time ? I have bought golf clubs from other sites and they are shipped in 3 to 5 business days . I am happy with my purchase but probably will not purchase or refer anyone to JustGolfStuff in future . If a customer downloads the app to track their purchases they are bombarded with emails to buy more stuff .
Also there is no phone number to call for inquiries about purchases anddelays . Emailed inquiries are met with an automated response and are condescending.
