I have called twice and left messages both times regarding the error. As of this review, I still have not received a return phone call. Not sure what is wrong with their customer service but so far it has been horrible.”

Very disappointed that the product I ordered went on sale two days later and a request for the difference in cost to be refunded or credited. No response to my email or phone call back. would have rated them higher if I just received a response back on my inquiry.”
