“Terrible transaction. Received only 11 out of 12 pieces of the Ladies LH Top Flite 12pc set and have spent the last 3 months trying to get the missing club. Firstly they sent a replacement Mens RH 58deg wedge versus a Ladies LH PW and now still waiting on the replacement after returning the wrong club 3 weeks ago!
Not sure this will be fixed ever so recommend caution in the future or go with an alternative.”
“I still have not received my purchase as yet. The courier, Canpar, has been contact on two occasions and has set up a trace. I contacted Just Golf Stuff twice, first by phone and received no response. The second time via email and I did receive a reply. As stated in my email, this is not the first time I have had issues receiving your goods through Canpar. Believe me when I say that I am getting very frustrated with this situation. As of this date, approximately 24 days since my order, no product and no refund.”

“The item I purchased indicated in the description on the website that the Swing Trainer was for left-handed or right-handed golfers. There was nowhere on the order form to choose left-handed or right-handed so I assumed the device was interchangeable but after receiving it realized the grip was only suitable for right-handed golfers. Fortunately my wife golfs right-handed so she will be able to use it. Customer service was excellent though, offered to refund my money for the product and also provided me with a credit for my next purchase.”
