“I ordered 2 items . The first was delivered promptly and was within shipping timelines which I tracked and was provided with the tracking number. However, the second order had no tracking # provided and was outside of the shipping guidelines which created some avoidable confusion. Overall it was a reasonable experience but with proper information it would have been awesome.
