“Only complaint - substituting clothing with smaller sizes than ordered and having to pay to return items! Don't have the size ordered do not substitute with smaller sizes.”

“I like ordering from this site. It has good quality products and they sell at a great price if you get the email updates. My only complaint is they could package and box items better so they are contorted when they arrived. Especially with hats. I've only had 1 order come late and once where I ordered a product and days later they said they didn't have my size anymore.”
