“Unfortunately I did not receive what I ordered and no exchange was offered....but I could return the items and re-order what I had originally ordered and MAYBE I would receive what I re-ordered this time. I wasn't too confident the re-order would be handled correctly, so I have kept the item and indicated I would never order from this company again!!!”

“I really enjoyed buying products from Just Golf Stuff and have done so for over four years. They offer good quality products at a reasonable price and usually fast service and delivery.
I say usually with the exception of a purchase in November that was not shipped and couldn't get any information on the order status after weeks of trying. I was finally able to contact Support and was offered an apology, a refund and a $20 coupon for my next purchase. I used the coupon and received my order quickly and within expectations.
I will continue to buy from JGS regardless of that incident.”
