“I received the wrong handed (ordered right received left) 6 pack of Callaway golf gloves on November 30, 2022, I immediately sent an email to customer service relating the error with the order delivery. I have since sent 6 follow-up emails requesting action. It is January 4th, 2023 and I have not received any return label or have been sent the correct order. Seems that the customer service department does not respond and my "complete satisfaction" is just words and no action, I now have 6 golf gloves that I can't use due to an error in the order delivery.”
