I was very much left with the impression that barriers to the return process exist; how deliberate that is is debatable.”

I would suggest using a different way to deliver your products. I had to hunt down where the delivery company left my parcel as they did not come into my driveway as they said they did. I watched them turn around and go back to the post office. I know the post office as it took 3 days to find the parcel.”
