Was lucky enough to check the website during their £29 and under weekend. Ordered shoes and a bag at £15 each! Dispatched quickly. Perfect. Shame I missed out on the dress I had in my trolley though !

I like quality clothes at a brilliant price. I do not live near good shops so this is a lifesaver for me. I have been using this site for a couple of years and have always been satisfied with the service.

I was happy with this company.ordered 4 items.all delivered as emails said. All packaged well and as advertised. Returned 2 items,note free,.was refunded and re-order arrived just as 1st order did. Will use again and recommend to friends/family.your purchases are a bargain.remember that!!

I placed an order somewhat late on Wednesday,July 20th 2018 and paid for Express delivery. I did not realistically expect the order to be processed until the following day but hoped for delivery on the Friday or Saturday of that week. The parcel arrived on the following Wednesday, the 27th. Having paid for Express service, I had meantime emailed Just Last Season for an explanation and after receipt, emailed again asking for my delivery fee to be adjusted. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply to either email. The parcel, when finally delivered by courier was marked Next Day Delivery, so I suspect it had not been despatched until Tuesday,26th ( NB. In my long experience this particular courier service has always been extremely prompt and reliable). So if you are ordering for early delivery, prepare to be disappointed. I shall not risk this with this company ever again.

Ordered a dress from the sale, received invoice for purchase which stated they would advise me when dress shipped. 4 days later as promised I received the email with tracking details, the dress arrived the next day and it is perfect, the money for the dress was only taken from my account the day that I received the dress. 1st class service, the fit and quality of the garment if fabulous it is so nice that I am looking to order other items today.

I ordered by telephone as I had read bad reviews of this company. I have been so pleased with them I have since ordered 2ce more. Each time had very helpful service over the phone, emails to help me track the very efficient delivery service, easy free returns and reasonably quick refunds. Jacques Vert clothing always beautifully made, and well packaged. Can't fault the service in any way.

I lost one of my bridesmaid dresses that I'd purchased last summer. Just last season had it in stock were prompt with delivery and have made me and my poor bridesmaid very happy

Having read previous reviews was very worried that the items might not turn up, but I ordered on Monday, a Bank Holiday, and the items arrived on Saturday. Very happy with the service and the price. I managed to find exactly the Jacques Vert outfit I wanted even though it was not available anywhere else. Well worth checking this site if you have seen something but it is no longer for sale on the main website. The only problem I encountered was that I was shown there was a 10% discount on my first order if you signed up for the newsletter, this was not included, probably because they were having a 20% discount over the Easter weekend, but it was not clear.

Ordered on Sunday and arrived very well packaged on Wednesday. I couldn't be happier with the service and you even get free returns. I'm a happy customer and will definitely buy again.

I have ordered on a number of occasions only to find the products do not turn up. The first time I had a problem I waited weeks for the item then contacted the company who said that I should have had an email to say the item was not available. I had not received the email. The second time I ordered (as I thought I will give them another chance), this time I did receive an email to say one of the item ordered was not available. However, the item was still showing as available on the website. No satisfactory email response came back from the company when I complained on this. Finally, I consider I lost out as I paid postage for the two items, and I only received one. I would not have ordered the one item. Contract law says offer, acceptance, payment this is a binding contract. I am not aware it says anywhere in the terms at the time, prior to ordering, that the goods are not available. This has the potential to mislead and therefore I believe a trading standards issue. Under the consumer protection from unfair trading law, they are encouraging a transactional decision to take place. The moral is do not rely on the goods until you get them with this website, based on my experience.

My experience was the same as others who have written on this review site. I ordered a coat which didn't arrive with another item so after more than a week I phoned up to query it. I was then told the coat was out of stock in the warehouse and I should have received an email from the warehouse. There was no notification given regarding this by email or with the delivery note I received with the first item. Even more annoying is that I received an email the day after ordering the coat to say I should ensure I ordered it so the site was still showing it to be in stock!!! Shocking communication and poor customer service. I shall be avoiding this company....

Ordered a dress that was on promotion at the time and was in stock. Received a email confirming my order. Waited for 5 days for delivery . When there was no sign of it. I contacted them to be told out of stock. But they didn't inform me at all by email. Checked online and they was still selling it. But not on the promotional price. This company is one of the worst company's i ever dealt with. Their staff just tries to fob you off with excuses and are so rude to you when you try to explain the situation to them. They even put the phone down on me. I will never buy anything from this company ever again and have told all my friends and family not too as well.

Ordered item in good faith on 12th June 2015, emailed 16th June 2015 to ask when my order being sent, no reply to email. Telephone call to them on18th June 2015 to be told item out of stock and the warehouse should have emailed me. My order status as at 19th June 2015 is being processed.............so no out of stock email no out of stock on order! After 5 minute going round in circles, customer services informed me that I had not had the money taken from my account and that I should have realised that I was not going to get my item..........despite telling this arrogant advisor that my order status was being processed and that I would not have expected to pay until order despatched..................HE WOULD NOT LISTEN. Yes as everyone else states no one emails!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered and paid for two dresses and received a confirmation email but a day later received another email from Jacques Vert saying that they could not fulfill the order as both dresses were out of stock. Reading other reviews it seems common practice. I would not order from this company again.

There was no communication from the company and I am so furious at their lack of customer service. The jumper I ordered had been on promotion, they had then advertised it on their website for £ 50 more than the promotional price They really need to be reported to trading standards as they are failing to meet their contract obligations. please people don't waste your time ordering anything from this retailer.

Ordered7days ago,was told dress was in stock and would arrive in2 to 4 days. Rang today to see why it hadn't arrived and was told it's not available. When I asked why I was told it was she said that it could be sold out by the time it's due to be packed. I commented that if I hadn't rung then when would I have known. I was told that I had been sent an e-mail, but I haven't received one. This is the second time this has happened but it won't happen again as I will never order from this company again.
