“The mask is beautiful and it helped to make my daughters prom even more special. My only complaint is that when purchasing it shows one amount in that form of currency then when the amount is deducted from the account it is more. So it would be nice if you put in some sort of scale that indicates what the true price will be according to the currency differences.”

We are a UK company and charge in GBP. We clearly state this on checkout, however, we take your point on board and will review where else we can notify customers that the prices are in UK pounds sterling

“The filigree petal mask in white is beautiful, however the picture on the website is misleading as it doesn't have the crystals/diamontes shown in the picture. Looking back at the description it does say it comes without them so I can't really complain. Just disappointed that the picture isn't of the actual mask. I will be keeping it though and will try to bling it up myself.”

“The mask looks great and arrived in a timely matter, however I was confussed about the fee for the mask as the original price I was to pay was $25 but when I checked my bank account an actual fee of $69 was taken. I did email the company and received a quick reply stating that due to the money exchange the total amount payable was $69 Australian dollars. I think that people should be told this before purchasing as then they have the choice to go ahead or not.”

We are sorry that you felt mislead here, however, we do state at every stage of the checkout process that we are a UK company and all prices are in GBP. We offer a full money back policy should you not be happy with your purchase in any way

“Very fast but some of the feathers of the mask were crooked. Maybe you should change the packaging for longer masks that have feathers or more fragile items of decoration.”

Many thanks for your feedback which we have taken on board. We are reviewing our packaging for the feathered masks to ensure that this does not happen in the future. If you have not worn your mask you should contact us for a replacement or return for a refund
