“the mask looked fabulous . however i saw some masks attached to a headband which would have made the process of wearing and taking off, putting back on much quicker simpler and easier , as would elastic. The ribbon ties were pretty but fiddly in your hair and not that quick and easy to keep putting on and off your head....although to be fair you arrive in the mask at your event and then remove it for the meal etc and never put it back on !!!”

“I payed £9 for next day delivery and have yet to relieved my mask and I ordered 4 days ago, the service has disappointed me but I would still like to recieve my mask”

“Everything was excellent - the msks were delivered promptly and look great. My only note of caution was that, I think they were quite expensive for what they are. Otherwise they would have got 5 stars”

“The delivery was very prompt. I ordered a mask which I am going to display on a wall. The packing for this product was expensive, the box was very solid and I appreciate this must be able to protect the content. I do like the mask it is quite different from any I have seen elsewhere. Thank you for your very good service.”

“Nicely done masks but wondering if the man's mask will be big enough for my partner; the woman's mask is very pretty (lace one) but looks odd on me. we should be able to see the masks on the website on a mannequin's face to have an idea of whether it can suit oneself.”

“The ladies mask was lovely and I recieved many compliments. The male plain gold mask was not the quality I was expecting. The material was not as good as I thought it would be and the glue for the ribbons was messy”

“Product is very expensive. The order process is very good & response time excellent. Excellent information about delivery date & time slot. Irritated that I have been subscribed to the mailing list against my wishes. There is no advice on how to stop this and it is in fact illegal as there must be an unsubscribe button.”

“The mask is very nice but I asked for a stick and it was glued on in the wrong place . This makes the mask very uncomfortable and it doesn't fit well on the face”

“Returns can only be made without opening the bag with the mask in... But how do I know if I need to return it if I can't try it on first? The mask itself is a lovely quality, but said it would fit a male face, and to be honest it's a little small. But it still looks great on.”

“Fabulous selection of masks, and excellent speedy delivery. My one complaint would be that each mask comes in a sealed bag, with a sticker saying no returns if seal is broken on bag. I'm at a loss how you try them on for size without breaking the seal on the bag? I bought both of mine in a sale, so if one doesn't fit, then I'm not out of pocket (as I got two for the price of one), but if I'd paid full price only to find it didn't fit properly, I wouldn't be impressed if I couldn't return it. I appreciate companies have to defend against people 'wearing and returning' but there must be a better way?”
