“I ordered a strobe light kit from Just Studio Gear on ebay. They arrived in a day, which was unexpectedly fast. Even thought the lights were already packaged in a strong box, the seller put that box into another, larger box, so, everything arrived in perfect condition. Inside of the package, in a sealed package, one of the modelling bulbs had a damaged filament wire. It was no fault of the seller, but after I contacted them about it, they immediately sent a replacement, free of charge, which arrived the next day. You cannot ask for more than that!

“This item (a camera backpack) was purchased from the Ebay shop of Just Studio Gear. The Ebay web site for this shop is well laid out and clear, and the item was well and accurately described. The price asked for was excellent. The order was made at about 16.00 on Tuesday, Wednesday morning an email confirmed despatch and an afternoon email confirmed delivery the following day by DPD. An early Thursday morning email from DPD confirmed that "Pete" would deliver the item between 12.00 and 13.00 and he duly did so. The item is extremely satisfactory.
