Over priced! They charged me £90 for a small car premium tyre saying their cheapest budget tyre was £70. I have just been charged £60 for a premium tyre at kwikfit their budget tyre was £49.

My son needed 3 tyres for a Fiesta. Was totally ripped off and charged £140 each for 4 tyres that should have been half this price and indeed are elsewhere. Was exploited by Just Tyres - their website saying how they are the best for price and they car about customers is a joke. Overcharging and exploiting a naive youngster - abhorrent practices.

Same experience as a previous reviewer. Sold x3 Imperial tyres for £85 each, had to pay extra for wheel balance etc. Went onto website and can get premium michellin tyres for £84 and that includes all the extras ie wheel balancing. Don't normally write reviews but have a feeling I have been "ripped off". Will not be using this company again.

Paid 49.99 for tracking that wasn't even done and also that is a rip off as other garages do it for 30 as the back ones of my vehicle couldn't be moved , since they've worked on my car I hate driving it to the point I want to sell it

Very poor told me to come down and he'll change lmthe tyre straight away waited about an hour then to find out when he put the new tyre he couldn't balance it and told me to leave my number and he'll ring me when he gets the correct bit to do it 2 weeks and nothing

Rubbish service, do not use!! Having asked for C rating tyres to be fitted, they fitted E. Didn't fit my hubcaps back on properly so lost one on the way home. Phoned customer service who passed my number on to the appropriate person to help, WHO DID NOT CALL ME BACK!

I had a flat tyre because tyres valve was damaged and AA took me to the local Just Tyres garage. I have asked to change tyres valve but your staff refused to do this, they said that they can\'t repair side damages. My tyre wasn\'t damaged, it was absolutely fine and then I got it, I haven\'t any choice because it was 5.30 and all garages was closing down and I was with flat tyre far away from home, so I can\'t refuse offer. The offer was 115 pounds for the tyre which normaly online is 60 pounds. So basically I was robed by your team. After few days I took <damaged tyre> to kwik fit garage, they said that the tyre is absolutely fine, I probably had a faulty tyre valve. Instead of changing valve and pay 10-15 pounds I was have to buy new tyre for 115 pounds

I bought 2 tyres for the front of my car. after taking the tyres off I was shown my wheels and said the new tyres may go down if I didn't have my rims cleaned up, this, I was told, would cost £20 per wheel but they would do it for £10 per wheel as I was buying two tyres. I would have thought this would be done as standard for free as all it consists of is running a wire wheel in an air gun around the rim, 2 minutes work maximum. (easy money) I was then told my tracking was probably out but they would do a free check. The technician did the free tracking test and said it was the furthest out he had ever seen. showing me I had to agree. " how much is the tracking " I asked?" £50, but as you are buying two tyres we will do it for £30 " the technician said. just as he was about to start I noticed he had not put my steering wheel straight so obviously my tracking would be out. upon me straightening my steering wheel the tracking was spot on. Drivers be aware of this point, this would have been easy money for doing nothing. oh and the tyres cost £65 each no cheaper than any where else I have since noticed. sorry just tyres you have just lost a customer. 0 out of 10 from me !!!!!!

A classic garage. Sees a woman and charges double. Then adds extras and puts pressure on to take them. Do not go here.

I took my car to get 2x new front tyres. I was told the best thing to do would be to put the new ones on the back and the old ones on the front. I have since been told by 3 mechanics that this is not correct for my car. They proceeded to take the wheels off and snapped off one of the bolts. I am again told this was due to poor workmanship. I was told to drive the car home with 3 bolts instead of 4 and come back early the next day to get it repaired by the mechanic across the road. I was assured that they spoke to the mechanic and arranged this. I arranged with my employer to be able to come in later the next day (at cost to me) only to find that just tyres had not arranged this and the mechanic was too busy to fix my car. As the job is time consuming its been suggested I buy and fit a new hub. NOT IMPRESSED!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our aim is to achieve customer excellence and offer a high level of customer satisfaction, this has clearly not been the case on this occasion and for this we apologise. Our Tyre Technicians are all trained to a high standard and offer guidance and advice as recommended by the tyre manufacturers. The manufacturers suggest, when replacing 2 tyres, that the new tyres (or the least worn tyres) should be mounted on the rear axle, this is the reason for our teams given advice. It is disappointing to learn that a bolt snapped whilst we were attending to your vehicle and needed further attention. Regrettably we have found that when bolts are tightened by airgun, it can cause them to be over-tightened and this can damage the bolt, with the damage only being revealed when the bolt is next undone. This is the reason that we specifically do not use airguns and tighten and loosen the bolts manually by hand. Please be assured that we do not wish to leave any customer disappointed and so would be grateful if you could contact Stuart Griffith on 0845 456 9903 or email service@justtyres.com to allow us to understand this situation in full and address your concerns.

Very poor experience in Chesterfield. I went in for two front tyres. They proceeded to take all of my tyres off and quoted me for all four at £500. I would have left but my car had no tyres on. I have had my rear tyres checked since and confirmed that there is nothing wrong with them. They tried pressure selling to get me to buy all four. This lead to a very awkward situtation and the manager kept haggling the price. It went from £500 down to £400 then £350 until i had to stress just the front two. I finally got the two front tyres I went for but it has very hard work. A very poor sales technique by Derek Griffiths and I will never go to Just Tyres in Chesterfield again and I will definately tell my friends and colleagues not to go.

Went to get a slow puncture looked at today. The guy was really intimidating took my wheel of then went round looking at all of my tyres ( bearing in mind at my mot 2 months ago there was only one tyre needing replacing and that was only advisory). He said I needed three new tyres and if I left the premises without getting them done then I would be in bother if the police stopped me as he had logged i, stating that i would get 9 points on liscence. He said he wanted 80 pound per tyre and Played ' you have children in your car card'. I felt completely intimidated! On the positive note there was a lovely young man there who had fantastic social skills and gave me other options when the other man had rudely skulked back in the office. Funny enough there were cheaper tyres, and something they could do with the slow puncture! The young guy should be credited as without him I wouldn't have entertained using your company that day. In all honesty I wouldn't go back unless I knew that the 'indimidating gentleman' wasn't there.

I used to like Just Tyres as I never felt any pressure but at my last visit I felt pressurised into having my front and rear tyres changed,into having my tracking done and comments were made about the noises my car was making which overall made for a very poor experience.

I asked for my car wheels to be re-aligned, it cost me £29.99 plus vat and my car now veers off to the left more than it did before I had it done. Poor work!!!
