Damage the wheel using a lazy crowbar technique getting the tyres on and denied the damage!!! Wheels were checked on dropping car off then inspected before driving, raised the damage, JT fitter didn't care and although paperwork showed NO damage claimed was already there.. issue is the car was detailed day before and was all good

Turned up to an appointment to have a tyre changed only to find they didn't have the tyre but nobody bothered to tell me in advance and just let me waste my time.

I bought a pair of quality tyres at the end of January this year, the level of service was friendly, advisory and professional. I left a five star review. Today I needed two more quality tyres and clearly went back to where I was welcomed It just shows that a change of management can screw up any company. Abrupt, arrogant, uncooperative and didn't pay attention., He spent a lot of my time, on the phone speaking with others instead of getting on with my job. He blatantly refused to rotate my tyres, not his instruction he claimed, I ordered two tyres online and left a note - fit two new to rear rims then rotate with front tyres they had fitted 7 months previous. No chance and not even a conversation. Job not done its a great pity, a good company in Braintree, has been screwed where you and I, will not return business. Arrogance, disrespect, refusal to talk about the task. You know this is going to get worse for Just Tyres., his colleague stated he was taking over as the manager and that his college was being promoted to the area manger - that means all regional Just Tyres branches are now screwed. Overheard by the ignorant manger and his colleague, that he wouldn't put my Pirelli all seasons onto the front of my car any way as they are unstable .... Is that true ? - why then does Juist tyres sell these tyres with no restrictions as to where they can be fitter ? - Just Tyres they suggest are selling a dangerous product . Pirelli's own website recommend these tyres and a very good allround performance - so Pirelli don't know either that they are selling dangerous tyres -= -or is it the Just tyres dept manger ?? Its a difficult time in life for us all, but courtesy, respect and offering to discuss the customers requirements (having paid £280) that I had outlined on line. NO, the computer says no How many tyre places are there in Braintree? - lots and lots - why are we going to Just Tyres in the future when there are lots and lots of other places to get the job done to all parties satisfaction Just Tyres have screwed up and you and I may end up paying for it - my advice is clear, shop around, find a place who respect you and engages in conversation to complete a £280 job Date of experience: September 04, 2024

Epsom branch lost my wheel nut key, compained to Area Manager Chris Peters who said he would speak to the manager. Chris has not phoned back so I have spent all morning and £21 to find a replacement. Will not use Just Tyres in future and suggest you look elsewhere if your looking to buy tyres or service

I would like to share what actually goes on in this company as being a former employee, during my "interview" the division manager was sniffing drugs in the back room with another employee, also told me to "rattle" the trackings basically bag spanner's under the car to make profit for the company and sell tyres to people that don't even need them including brakes again because there 100% profit l'm not a person to SCAM people I was always, honest with all my customers and had a good relationship with all my customers and they was upset to see me leave then I get put under investigation due to missing tyres in the centre but they never did a stock take then a previous employee got sacked for stealing so I lost my pay being put on hold I'm a family man I have a family to provide for and this company held my money with no evidence to prove that l'm not one to make reviews but I'm not letting my customers be scammed by this company there disgusting and a horrible company to work for the respect is non-existent and everyone in the company is in to get everybody sacked making up lies to get brownie points with the manager "WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS TO WORK FOR AND PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE " i worked behind the scenes where the customers don't see

I have booked 9.30am but when I arrived there they told me I need to leave the car because they got double booking, that's how it started!!! They can't even remove the tyre properly, they warned the master key and those 2 young amateurs there creating ridiculous stories what happened to your car. Hope they investigate CCTV recording inside the garage and pay back my loss and refund my money back.

JUST TYRES - BUCKHINGHAM BRANCH Car with 2 flat tyres ( pothole down the road ) arrived on the back of a recovery truck. Decided to change all 4 tyres and was advised to go for a Good wet grip tyre ( which made sense as it is my son's car and it rains all the time here... ). The one star is for the fact that they sold it to me a twice the price advertised online ! I realised that when the mechanic from next door told the 4 guys changing my tyres "Hey ! I have never seen you change tyres that quickly ..." Did they change the tyres quickly : yes. Did that justify charging me £125 for a tyre i can buy online for £65 : no. Do I feel I have been ripped off and taking advantage of : yes. I won't go back and I would advise anybody to check prices online committing to any work being carried out by this branch of Just Tyres.

They advertised tyres at a price on line, i ordered and paid in full, then miraculously the tyres I ordered were not available I had to pay more. Then to add insult they want 5 days to return my payment! To my simple mind this screams Scam!

Bought discounted tyres off website then receive email day before they get fitted at Solihull saying 'our supplier have no tyres left at this price'. I'm buying off you not supplier, phoned them up and they said we have tyres but price has gone up if you want to order again. They don't give a s*** what a joke off a company stay away

It is with sadness that in today's world with everything that we have going on around us, I'm adding to this with a negative complaint. But, this was my experience today and it is what it is. Through ETyres, I purchased 4 new tyres for my Range Rover Evoque and these were to be fitted at Justtyres in Huntingdon on the 21/10/22 and the time slot I was given was 11.30am. I arrived promptly to book in my vehicle , to be told that they could not fit the tyres at this time and they did not know when they would be able to fit them. There are two bays in the Huntingdon depot and there was one bay occupied. When I explained that the time slot I had been given was 11.30am and I had driven half an hour for the appointment, I was abruptly told that it was not their problem, ETyres are a third party and they don't check with Justtryes what availability they have. When I then asked if they could give me a definitive time later and I would make the effort to come back, I was told they were unable to give me a time and I was further informed that second party bookings take second place to your own bookings. !! This was really interesting when I had just purchased four tyres at nearly £650 !! So as i'm sure you can appreciate, at this point I am starting to feel rather frustrated, a} with the distinct lack of customer service and politeness and b} the appointment I had been given was actually non-existent. So are Etyres that incompetent, surely this is an issue that you need to take up with Etyres? I was then informed that the tyres I had ordered could not fit my vehicle, as they did not have JLR on them for a jaguar/landrover. Being a qualified mechanic in a previous life and a retired Metropolitan Police officer for 30 years, I absolutely understand car safety and legal road requirements. However, having conducted intensive research, the Toyo tyres are an excellent choice for my vehicle with excellent ratings. I asked the staff to please fit the tyres I had ordered and they finally agreed and stated they would make a note on my invoice, that they have been fitted against their advice. I understand the need for your staff to cover themselves against liability claims. I continued to ask when the tyres could be fitted and eventually they fitted the tyres about midday and this took about 1 hour. I was around the depot, throughout this time and the whole time I was there, there remained one car in the one bay . I would ask that you review whatever agreement you have with third party companies that arrange these fitment times as it is obviously not working. I also strongly feel your staff require customer service training, as a senior citizen having been raised to treat my elders with respect and show politeness and kindness to others, I absolutely, in today's world, will not tolerate this kind of attitude towards myself. If I'm shown this level of disrespect, then so are others. This is a reflection on you as a company, and after today's experience leaving a very bitter taste, I would not use your services again. I will of course be contacting Etyres, so they can understand the level of unprofessional conduct and quite frankly the slating of the service they provide that was given by your staff.

Sold me a tyre warranty for a new premium brand fitted at Solihull. Mechanic/sales person told me they would replace the tyre if it went flat at any UK branch. 2 and a half months later the same tyre went flat. Took my car into the Cambridge branch and the person there told me he didn't have the same premium tyre in stock. The junior mechanic (under the instructions of the mechanic in charge) eagerly took off the flat tyre and soon replaced it with an economy brand, without even carrying out any diagnostics on the tyre. Then on top they charged me £35.00!!! You couldn't make it up! Moral of the story "Do not beleive their mechanics/sales people! They will sell you a lie" Have followed up with a complaint to their head office and a week has gone by and I haven't still heard anything back from anyone. I have sent two email reminders. Won't ever be using these cowboys again if I can help it and would advise people to think twice too!

Two independent inspections (AA and inspector) confirmed my wheel rim was damaged beyond repair by a just tyres recommended garage HAMMERING with a sledgehammer to try and get my wheel off. No other tools to remove wheels! I had to buy a replacement rim myself. NO APOLOGY. Head manager had a patronising attitude and wanted to hammer the rim back in shape without seeing it first! Manager did not even say sorry when he saw the damage and pushed himself to fit two tyres "for free" and supply one tyre (costing me £35) "for free" (my rim cost me £57 so one tyre was supplied for £50 to offset the rim cost of £57! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. COMPLETE COWBOYS. Would love to hammer the rim beyond repair on your car for 15 minutes and see how YOU feel! My vehicle was rendered unsafe to drive!

My car ABS sensor was dislodged during a tyre change, it then frayed over the next 2 weeks causing the sensor to fail and my ABS system to stay switched off. I emailed just tyres who said they would have a look at it, which they did only to tell me it was a "coincidence" that the fault had appeared within two weeks of their work being carried out. I refused to believe this as we have had no issues up to this point. the Area manager 'Bill' told my other half the sensor was too far away from the wheel for them to have had any chance of damaging it or dislodging it. the tyre is approx. 2cm away once the wheel is on. The engineers here were alright but I feel like management and just tyres are terrible for not taking ownership of their mistakes. I'm now £50 down for something that was definitely caused by them. Take your car elsewhere to save the extra cost and trouble!!!!!!!!

Just Tyres in Strood (ME2 2AQ): I loved this garage so I always change tires here twice a year. Yesterday (August 6, 2020) as usual I moved the winter tires in the summer and paid exactly double !!!! Never again! Absolutely expensive! £ 80 !! Goodbye Just Tires, goodbye! Ciao! Addio.

Wakefield branch . Damaged the ridge of my alloy wheel whilst fixing a slow puncture and didn't want to know. You have been warned avoid if you value your wheels. Shocking company .

Wrongly selling me a deal that when it came to pay wasn’t a deal at all.4 for 2 too good to be true.the tyre price was inflated by about £50.then they denied the deal existed,said it was 4 for 3.which meant an extra £125from what was quoted on phone.this all happened at Chesham branch can’t give you any names as was refused even when on phone to customer services who by the way still haven’t rang me back.never again please don’t use.

I went to Letchworth branch today to have two tyres fitted and I was very disappointed as they told me they had finished I payed walked out to my car to get in it to find that they had left the car jacked up on the drivers side and the tyre was not inflated of which I told them. It’s my understanding that they should have done this on the machine. It’s a good job it wasn’t the passenger side as I would not have seen it was jacked up and tried to drive away. The man said you will hear it pop in a minute, again that should have been done on the machine. Very disappointed with my visit. To add to this the next morning I was travelling to work on the motorway and the car was shaking!! Went back the next day and was sorted but this should not have happened. Dangerous. I would not use this branch again or Just Tyres.

Financial loss experienced using Just Tyres of Letchworth. They even sent out a manager to view my vehicle who admitted they caused the damage which cost me a considerable amount of money to rectify. They over tightened the nuts which had to be professionally removed and they did not do the wheel alignment meaning tyres work after 7000 miles down to wire! Don’t use this firm is my advice.

Ordered online and booked a fitting slot for Old Stratford. When I arrived both fitting bays were full. Spoke to one of the fitters who said they would get to me as quickly as possible. This turned out to be an hour later than my slot and only after they had served someone who arrived after me! Complaint made to customer service and no response received. Second complaint made to Ian Grant (big boss), based on the fact that customer services hadn’t responded. Over a month later and Ian Grant can’t even be bothered to respond to an email complaining about poor customer service. We booked the first slot of the day just to make sure we were not delayed, however the first slot is 9am and they open at 8.30. No apologies from site staff, no response from customer service and no response from the CEO. The first time I used Just Tyres I had no complaints, the second time they messed up the tracking, third time the wrong speed rating of tyre would have been fitted if I hadn’t noticed, the response to this was don’t worry you shouldn’t be going over 130mph anyway. (I assume this advise is given to all customers) This time just poor customer service from start to finish. Mr Grant, you and your company have had an opportunity to respond, now you have lost several customers because of your companies lack of ability to take any interest. Well done you, this is exactly how successful companies fail.
