“Ordered online and booked a fitting slot for Old Stratford. When I arrived both fitting bays were full. Spoke to one of the fitters who said they would get to me as quickly as possible. This turned out to be an hour later than my slot and only after they had served someone who arrived after me! Complaint made to customer service and no response received. Second complaint made to Ian Grant (big boss), based on the fact that customer services hadn’t responded. Over a month later and Ian Grant can’t even be bothered to respond to an email complaining about poor customer service. We booked the first slot of the day just to make sure we were not delayed, however the first slot is 9am and they open at 8.30. No apologies from site staff, no response from customer service and no response from the CEO. The first time I used Just Tyres I had no complaints, the second time they messed up the tracking, third time the wrong speed rating of tyre would have been fitted if I hadn’t noticed, the response to this was don’t worry you shouldn’t be going over 130mph anyway. (I assume this advise is given to all customers) This time just poor customer service from start to finish. Mr Grant, you and your company have had an opportunity to respond, now you have lost several customers because of your companies lack of ability to take any interest. Well done you, this is exactly how successful companies fail.”

“""Wouldn't recommend. Their advertised prices may be low but it seems they try to scam a bit extra where they think they can get away with it. I took my husband's car in for him to have two new tyres. He'd asked for the new ones to be fitted on the rear (as usually recommended for safety) and the rear ones to be moved to the front (as they were hardly worn). I was told that for this to be done there would be an extra charge for the wheels to be re balanced. I was suspicious about this (mostly due to the guy's body language) but unfortunately did not have my phone to check with my husband. If I had have phoned him he would have told me that they were just taking advantage of a woman with limited knowledge of tyres. There would be no reason to re-balance wheels when no tyres have been removed from the wheels. We won't be using Just tyres again and will be warning plenty of others not to.”

“Buckingham branch well looked after me had the tracking done on a classic mustang and van tyres the Saturday before Great guy in there even gives you a cuppa!”

“I feel I paid 'over the odds' for the 'middle of the road' tyres recently fitted. I have just had a MOT by a Ford Garage and they informed me the front tyres (not the ones you fitted) will need replacing in the near future and quoted £97 each fitted inclusive of VAT”

“Roger at the Buckingham centre has over the past couple of months provided me with outstanding service. I have had 2 new complete sets of tyres from him for 2 of my cars as well as a set of rears tyres for my third car. I have to say he has delivered on service to the customer. He has often been working on his own yet he still manages to provide service with a smile and with total professionalism, well done and thank you. Wish everyone was as dedicated to customer service as Roger is.”

“Very attentive staff and provided the tyres wanted in a reasonable time. However, the facilities at the High Wycombe depot were very basic: toilets could be much cleaner and need decorating; waiting area very basic with very uncomfortable plastic chairs; no drinks or TV facilities, etc. Posters very informative but not followed up by the staff, for instance, one poster states to check the security of wheel nuts after 30-50 miles - not mentioned by the staff.”

Our aim is to provide our customers with a positive experience both in the purchase of tyres and the service they receive so we apologise for these falling short on this occasion. From your feedback we can see that we need to review the cleaning schedules of the facilities to ensure that no other customer encounters this same issue and we would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. All of our staff should ask customers to pop back for a wheel nut check (or if this is not possible a reminder to check their own) so I was disappointed to learn that this has not happened during your visit. “Left my car for tracking at Buckingham at 9.30am on 24th May, arranging to collect at 2pm. Called at 1.30pm as had not heard anything to be told it has being done and would be ready to collect at 2.30pm. Arrived at 2.30pm and had not been done so had to wait additional 30 minutes whilst it was done. I dropped the car off for 4 hours so I didnt have to wait, but had to wait in the end which disrupted a very busy day of mine. All I got from the staff was that they were very busy.”

“Having recently paid £361 (not at Just Tyre) for 4 new tyres + tracking + balancing I was astounded at the £158 charge for 1 only replacement due to puncture. Was Bank Holiday Monday so choices were limited. Would not have accepted otherwise.”

“Just Tyres always manage to beat any price. The fitter in question was dealing with a unique car - a Ferrari 360, and so was very considered in his approach to establishing where the jacking points were. The service was done quickly and with a good manners”

“Great Service although the tracking was a little expensive I thought at nearly £50 Total 2 tyres and tracking around £340 Not cheap, probably cheaper if I looked around! Even ford where I bought the car had offered a cheaper deal excl of tracking !!! Mmmmm”

“They advertised tyres at a price on line, i ordered and paid in full, then miraculously the tyres I ordered were not available I had to pay more. Then to add insult they want 5 days to return my payment! To my simple mind this screams Scam!”

“Guildford branch botched the 4-tyre fitting or wheel alignment and left the car in a dangerous state. Reluctant to fix the job - blaming suspension. Going to dealer now for investigation (for £58). Cowboys. Never again. Next stop: Small claims court.”

“I needed some tyres for our Bang Bus. With all the actresses needing to be shuttled around town to various shoots, we wear the tread pretty thin (just like their treads get pretty thing, if you catch my drift) Anyway, prices were decent. Same as everywhere else. The experience was good overall.”
