“Issues with sloppy care on alloy wheels, mine got scratches and marks. All I received after stringent complain was a reluctant sorry! Tracking was expensive and not accurate, had to get them redone at different garage,”

“I negotiated a good price, however the wheels were damaged slightly around the rims and had 2 large abrasion marks on the spokes that might polish out. Unlikely to be back”

“I feel I paid 'over the odds' for the 'middle of the road' tyres recently fitted. I have just had a MOT by a Ford Garage and they informed me the front tyres (not the ones you fitted) will need replacing in the near future and quoted £97 each fitted inclusive of VAT”

“Very attentive staff and provided the tyres wanted in a reasonable time. However, the facilities at the High Wycombe depot were very basic: toilets could be much cleaner and need decorating; waiting area very basic with very uncomfortable plastic chairs; no drinks or TV facilities, etc. Posters very informative but not followed up by the staff, for instance, one poster states to check the security of wheel nuts after 30-50 miles - not mentioned by the staff.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us, however, we were very sorry to learn of your disappointment with some of our facilities within our High Wycombe fitting centre. Our aim is to provide our customers with a positive experience both in the purchase of tyres and the service they receive so we apologise for these falling short on this occasion. From your feedback we can see that we need to review the cleaning schedules of the facilities to ensure that no other customer encounters this same issue and we would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention. All of our staff should ask customers to pop back for a wheel nut check (or if this is not possible a reminder to check their own) so I was disappointed to learn that this has not happened during your visit. We will address this with the team at High Wycombe and provide additional training and reminders as necessary. “Left my car for tracking at Buckingham at 9.30am on 24th May, arranging to collect at 2pm. Called at 1.30pm as had not heard anything to be told it has being done and would be ready to collect at 2.30pm. Arrived at 2.30pm and had not been done so had to wait additional 30 minutes whilst it was done. I dropped the car off for 4 hours so I didnt have to wait, but had to wait in the end which disrupted a very busy day of mine. All I got from the staff was that they were very busy.”

“WE weer told 45 mins for fitting two new tyres and it took nearly 2 hours as the engineers worked on another while we went for a short stroll”

“Advised me that my tyres were all fine and that there were no problems with any of them but when I went to my MOT 2 days later my vehicle failed due to an unsafe offside front tyre. Very unimpressed.”

“quick efficient service sold a 'mid range' tyre - invoice clearly states budget online review states budget tyre - poor eu rating overpriced - could have had a michelin energy saver for less will not be using just tyres again”

“I took a BMW Mini to the St Neots branch and was excessively overcharged for a pair of tyres, and given an inadequate tracking check (they should not have offered this service as they are not equipped to do it properly). Fortunately I had the sense to contact the head office and they fulfilled their promise of price matching to another local supplier. I was sent a cheque for the difference plus 10%. But it meant I had to take the time to pursue this. Be wary.”
