"Paid \u00a35 for an Ask a Question service. The question was answered relatively and quickly, I thanked the expert for their assistance and signed off. A few days later I signed into online banking and noticed a \u00a335 charge for LAWYER *JUSTANSWR. I thought they had mistakenly charged \u00a335 instead of \u00a35, so I went back onto the site and saw that it was for MEMBERSHIP. I did NOT sign up for membership and received no email stating that I had received such. Checking my emails there was only ever one received, indicating a charge of \u00a35. No other email, no \"welcome or membership\" emails, nothing!\r\n\r\nNowhere on their website does it state that you will be billed further. This is downright outright daylight theft. I immediately called my bank who reversed the charge, thank you Barclays.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, the contact form on the page at https:\/\/www.justanswer.co.uk\/help\/contact-us is useless as the submit button is disabled. How slick is that? And their Chat feature wants to charge you to contact customer services. So...\r\n\r\nPlease do not sign up for anything on this site, ever. \r\n\r\nPlease do not give them your card details - Not for \u00a35, and not for \u00a30. They will simply start charging you on a recurring basis. Do not give them your email, do not give them your phone number, do not give them your time. Please people \ud83d\ude4f\ud83c\udffe"

"They are scammers and fraud. They charged me 44 pounds for a call back and never called. And also disappeared. DO NOT USE THEM"
