“Items do not look or fit as in the catalog. Material are cheap. Return policy is so awful and pricey that you are stuck with items you do not want. Total lost of money. Will never shop there again.”
“Buyers beware! This company advertises discounts but good luck getting them. They overcharge on items and when confronted they avoid answering your questions. If you persist, they will offer to cancel your order which is the route I took.
I found there merchandise cheap, overpriced and the customer service worthless. They do not notify you of the date your merchandise ships and you have no way to tract it. I ask the rep in customer service if they were charging me more because I was spending American dollars
and she would not answer my question.

This company sent me several items of which one I could not get over my head, the other was sewn inside out on both sleeves.
(ps, the rest of the blouse was correctly sewn)
The company said it was made that way on purpose..obviously it was not if the rest of the blouse was sewn correctly.
When I asked them to send corrected clothing, they refused
I then was told if I would send back the faulty items they would replace
(which I did)
BUT I needed to pay postage they said
That cost me $27 to an address in China!
I contacted PAYPAL and only the postage was returned to my credit card. This co has the most horrible customer service..
Hopefully you will not ignore the lesson I learned the hard way.
I was a great customer in the past, but never ever again will I trust this company.

“Very disappointed. Ordered four shirts all size small. One shirt was huge, one was so small my 10 year old could not wear it. The company offers only a 15%. refund and I am still waiting for that!

“Orders take a long time to arrive, if the item doesn't fit or you find it poor quality fabric or workmanship, they are unwilling to return the merchandise for a full refund. They want you to pay to return the items to CHINA. They ask that you respond to their emails within a certain number of days, but their response is either very slow or not at all. I do not recommend this company!!!!!”
“Thieves Fraud Scam - They stole hundreds of dollars - after 2 months still no delivery of items - I tracked them online - but there was no delivery company listed and no contact - no phone number to speak to someone - some of my order was supposed to be in Canada on the 14 Apr 21 but no one contacted me and there was no one for me to contact. On the 20th I sent an email and on the 26th I got a reply saying I didn't pick it up on the 14th even though there was no info on where or how to collect items (previously they had been delivered to my door in a past order 2 years ago) I was then told that the parcel was too big to be returned to them and so it was being destroyed and I would not get the hundreds of dollars back that I paid... this is a scam and a fraud and theft. The quality of the order 2 years ago was very poor but I thought I'd give it another try (during Covid) What a mistake - Stay away - they are thieves and liers - the computer said the parcel was in Cameroon and I live in Canada!!!!”

“I want to lend my voice to warn people NOT to order anything from JustFashionNow. Their products are of inferior quality and many items do not match the photos nor the descriptors on their website. It was also very difficult to get information from JustFashionNow as to how to return the order and to where it was to be sent. After 3 days of barraging them with emails. I finally got a (dubious) return address only to find out that the company is based out of a hotel somewhere in China. And, after investigating, I found out that returning the parcel to China would cost me $100 - something I decided not to do as I was afraid I would spend even more money and not get a refund. Avoid at all costs 'cause, in the end, it will cost you greatly! Check it out - there are many, many online reviews with a similar story to mine. And, if I could, I would have not rated this company with a star! It deserves none.”
“Having had an awful experience with this company, which ultimately cost me £50 in postal costs returning items in order to get a Paypal refund, I suspect that other random companies sprouting up under other names are actually this company or at least in the same group of companies. They all use photos from other bonafide clothing companies to advertise wares, then send you the nastiest, cheapest copies imaginable. The process of return or refund is so painful that most people wouldn't bother. Theft by any other name. They send you what you didn't order knowing it's too difficult to return. This company should be boycotted out of existence.”

Product picture not as item delivered. They tried to tell me I was out of time to return product. Returned at my expense £9.10. Their p&p was £5.90. So I am £15 out of pocket and have nothing. Appalling customer services. Please do not buy from them.”
“The goods supplied were shoddy and not as described. Described as cotton but actually cheap and nasty polycotton. I had to pay £13.50 to send goods back to China. Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 they should have also refunded me with the postage but have refused to do so. I wish I had read reviews before using them and would never have done so. Obviously will never use again and can only warn others against using this company.”
